Local managers, not a megasite
Lake Conroe Vacation Rentals is run by the Harper family out of a small suite on Frazier Street. We manage a short list of privately owned waterfront homes — cleanings between stays, pier checks after storms, and the occasional late-night call about a tripped breaker.
We are not trying to list every house on the lake. We are trying to know the ones we do list well enough that guests stop asking “who do I call?”
