What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is 4pm. Check-out is 10am. Early arrival or late departure is sometimes possible for a fee if cleaning schedules allow — ask when you book.
Do the homes come with boats?
No. Docks and slips are included as listed; boats and jet skis are rented separately. We can introduce you to local outfitters.
Is there a security deposit?
We place a temporary hold of $500–$1,000 depending on the house. It is released after a walkthrough if nothing is damaged.
Are pets allowed?
Some homes allow dogs with prior approval and a pet fee. Tell us breed and weight when you inquire. Pets are never left alone on docks.
How do I get the door code?
Codes and parking notes arrive by email two days before arrival, with a backup text the morning of check-in.
What if it rains all weekend?
Lake weather is part of the deal. We don’t cancel for rain, but game rooms and our rainy-day card help. Road closures are a different conversation — call us.
Can I book just one night?
Usually no — 2-night minimum most of the year, longer on summer weekends for the larger homes. Midweek openings sometimes flex; ask.
