Quiet hours & occupancy
Quiet hours begin at 10pm Sunday–Thursday and 11pm Friday–Saturday. Occupancy is capped at the sleeps number on each listing — no overflow tents or RVs without written approval.
Pets
Select homes allow dogs with a pet fee and prior approval. Cats and other animals are case-by-case. Pets are never left alone on docks or decks.
Boats & water toys
- Use only the slip or ports assigned to your house
- No overnight party boats without office approval
- Life jackets for kids when they’re on the pier
- Report lift or pier damage the same day — we fix it faster that way
Smoking & fireworks
No indoor smoking. Outdoor smoking only away from siding and dry brush. Fireworks are not allowed on our properties or piers.
Cancellations
Deposits are refundable minus a $75 handling fee if cancelled 30+ days before arrival. Inside 30 days, deposits apply to a future stay within 12 months when we can rebook the nights. Weather on the lake is not grounds for a full refund, but we work with you on rebooking when storms close roads.
Security holds
We place a temporary hold (not a charge) of $500–$1,000. Released after a walkthrough within 3 business days if nothing is damaged or missing.
