Cedar Cove sits on a protected canal with deep water year-round. The living room opens to a covered deck, the downstairs game room keeps teenagers busy, and the pier has a working boat lift rated for a mid-size runabout.

Owners stock a gas grill, a freezer for fish, and enough dining chairs that nobody eats on the couch unless they want to. Summer weekends book early — midweek is quieter and usually easier on the wallet.

Sleeping layout

• Master suite upstairs with lake view and en suite
• Two queen bedrooms + twin bunk room
• Downstairs guest suite with private bath
• Sofa bed in game room (counts toward sleeps 14)

Dock notes

Private pier, electric boat lift, and two jet-ski ports. No overnight party boats without written okay from the office. Depth runs about 8–10 feet at the end of the pier in a normal pool.
